The Role

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for enterprise customers
  • Drive product adoption and ensure customers achieve their business objectives
  • Conduct regular business reviews and identify expansion opportunities
  • Collaborate with sales, product, and support teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Develop customer success playbooks and best practices
  • Monitor customer health metrics and proactively address concerns

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience in customer success or account management
  • Experience working with enterprise B2B customers
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills
  • Understanding of supply chain or logistics industry is a plus
  • Ability to analyze data and identify trends
  • Self-motivated with a customer-first mindset
